Laser correction of shortsight, longsight and age changes in focus

Intraocular Lens (IOL) Choices

During cataract surgery and refractive lens exchange surgery, a new lens (IOL) is implanted in your eye. Choosing the right lens for what you want for your vision is an important step.

Presbyopia Solutions

When we all get into our 40s, 50s and 60s we lose our ability to see up close. There are surgical and laser procedures to give this vision back to you without the need for reading glasses.

Other Conditions and Procedures

Dr LaHood also manages and treats a number of other conditions including pterygium, uveitis, macula degeneration, glaucoma and lid lesions.

As a result of these surgeries I no longer wear glasses and I can now easily read the bottom line on the eye chart and small print on my iphone.

Dr LaHood and his staff were friendly, professional and capable. The process was streamlined and the result was excellent. Would recommend to anyone looking for LASIK surgery.

Having done my LASIK surgery with Dr Ben LaHood, it has been an amazing experience.

As someone who is a consumer of services and also occasionally a patient myself, I believe in doing your research and hearing what other people have to say before making a decision, especially when it’s regarding something as important as your eyes!

Many patients have kindly left reviews about me as a doctor and the benefits of eye surgery, some are above and others are  here.

I invite you take a look. Thank you.
